Verse of the Week

Ps 19:1 (ESV)
The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

Instead of looking at the heavens and concluding that there is no God or concluding that what we see in creation itself are gods, we are to look at God’s creation and see the glory of the one who created such majesty as being even more glorious!

God is evident in His creation. It is our sinful nature that keeps us blind to this natural revelation. But when we are born again we start seeing God behind everything. Not only so, but as we grow in Christ this preeminence of God matures into a better understanding of His providence and sovereignty.
